If the product is wrongly delivered from our end, the correct product will be replaced free of charge.
The MOV will not affect you.
We are having to evaluate how we manage our business. Very small orders cost the same to process, pack and deliver as large orders. So, we have to decide to adjust the MOV. It won't affect many customers.
The easiest solution is to add other items t make the order a little larger.
We realize that on a few occasions the MOV may present issue. However you may pay the delivery charges and enjoy the small items to be delivered to you.
We value all customers who regularly purchase with Namo. The total value of items ordered in month does not affect the cost of processing orders for small low value items so the MOV will still be applicable.
We will be more than happy to replace the item for you in 2 ways.
- You can pay the delivery fees and just have that item shipped to you. OR
- You can add more items to cover the MOV.
No, GST can not be claimed on delivery charges, as we are not charging GST on this cost.
