We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from Namo Global. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or Credit of the purchase price.
In order to maintain a standard any healthcare sterile products or items specifically purchased for your requirement or special promotion items are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.

We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes, as we are dealing with medical items and disposable and with all paperwork in order to ensure credit. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
You can except a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes, where applicable, within 7 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

If you would like to return an item that you purchased, please follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Email our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for your return plus the date and invoice number of the purchase.
2. In your email please indicate the date and time when we can have it collected by our delivery service.
3. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
4. Hand the item back to the delivery service when they come to collect it.
5. Your refund will be processed when the item is received back in our warehouse and quality checked.
